Passionate about sharing his knowledge and educating other professionals, he has presented on the topic of direct marketing for various seminars, conferences, webinars and more.
Keith helps clients increase their marketing ROI utilizing a simple, yet powerful formula. By first establishing a thorough understanding of a customer’s business and objectives, Keith is able to develop customized, results-oriented solutions that specifically fulfill their needs. His no-nonsense approach has helped hundreds of major brands and mid-size businesses create profitable and successful direct mail campaigns.
Keith is an avid surfer, golfer and amateur sushi chef. A huge fan of all types of music, Keith started his career in marketing back in his youth when he was a concert promoter in Southern California.

Catherine has over 12 years of print advertising experience specializing in direct marketing. Prior to Modern, she worked for the San Diego Union Tribune where she helped launch the direct marketing division and worked in major media sales. Her career in direct marketing began right out of college working for ADVO (now Valassis).
Catherine takes pride in being a trusted advisor for her clients and places great emphasis on relationship building. She has an extensive background in developing and utilizing market and customer research to execute programs encompassing the customer life cycle, including acquisition, loyalty and retention.
Catherine has a bachelor's degree from California State University Long Beach with an emphasis in Marketing and Consumer Affairs. She enjoys spending time with her family, as well as swimming, traveling and camping.

Charlotte is one of Modern's longest tenured employees with over 15 years of service. She has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise during her career making her a valuable asset to the accounts she manages.
Charlotte specializes in providing unparalleled service to her clients by ensuring that every client interaction and communication is as customized as the campaigns that we are producing for them. Additional areas of expertise include project management, program development and execution, graphic design and production, print trafficking, and customer service.
She is inspired by helping clients achieve maximum results and believes in growth through better service.

Ilana brings a true understanding of direct mail sales and smart tactics to the Corporate Solutions Group, as she's been a Modern Postcard teammate for 9 years. She's spent the last 5 honing her skills as an Account Associate in our core division, building trusted relationships with a variety of clients via tailored marketing solutions that deliver new customers and help boost ROI. With her customer service background and knack for details, Ilana enjoys celebrating successes and working through any challenges with her clients, ensuring their campaigns are on-point and on-budget.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her children and loved ones, plus outdoor adventures such as hiking, camping and mountain biking.

From data appends to boost current customer lists to predictive modeling to source the best prospects, John is the go-to professional for customized data solutions.
With a passion for sports, he's been an avid San Diego Charger's fan since 1980 and spends his free time playing in an adult soccer league and refereeing games. Plus, with seven children at home, John has a mini sports team on his hands!
